Description
This package focuses on solving the vertical transport challenge for large appliances in buildings without elevators, older apartment blocks, or split‑level homes with high ceilings. The core capability is “going upward.” Covered items include all heavy or oversized appliances, such as: side‑by‑side refrigerators weighing over 100 kg, large‑capacity storage water heaters, outdoor units of floor‑standing air conditioners, heavy solid‑wood or metal‑framed TV cabinets (with built‑in devices), large commercial refrigerated display cabinets, and any large appliance that cannot be disassembled and must be moved as a whole.
Because this service is far more complex than horizontal moving, the customer must pay a special deposit for the assessment of stair width, landing platform dimensions, floor height, and the availability of balconies or windows for hoisting. The final accurate fee is determined by the actual number of floors (counting from ground level), the presence of corner mirrors in the stairwell, and whether external equipment such as a crane or electric stair climber is needed.
Our “upstairs assault team” is equipped with exoskeleton‑assisted carrying belts and motorised tracked stair climbers. The tracked climber evenly distributes the appliance’s weight across the steps via its tracks, allowing one operator to control direction smoothly while another supports from below, greatly reducing physical strain and risk. Before moving, we re‑evaluate the packaging integrity. For extra‑large flat‑panel TVs or glass‑front units, we may suggest moving them out of the original packaging and using our own thick soft moving sleeves to reduce bulk and prevent collisions at stair landings.
For buildings higher than six floors with extremely narrow staircases, we activate the hoisting plan. Using electric hoists and lifting slings anchored to the rooftop or balcony, we vertically lift the appliance through a window or balcony to the target floor. This process is communicated with you and the building management in advance, with necessary permits and ground‑level safety zones established. Regardless of the method used, after safely delivering the appliance to the designated indoor location, we conduct a quick visual and functional check to ensure no damage occurred during the move. We have a full technical backup and solution set for the seemingly simple action of “going upstairs.”
