Description
This package aims to make the transition from receiving new appliances to actually using them worry‑free, clean, and hygienic. It pays special attention to residual factory test residues, dust accumulated during transport, and necessary pre‑use preparation steps inside new units. Covered appliances include all large items with complex internal structures that require cleaning or pre‑treatment before first use: removal of test water stains and odours from new washing machine drums; initial flushing of dishwasher internal pipes and spray arms; disinfection of new refrigerator shelves, drawers, and door gaskets; first‑time high‑temperature dry‑run deodorisation of oven/steamer cavities and protective coatings; initial flushing of water purifier filter cartridges and wastewater discharge; and first clean‑water circulation of coffee machine internal lines. The customer pays a deposit, and our service personnel arrive with food‑grade cleaning agents and professional tools. The final fee is based on the number of units processed and the quantity of cleaning/disinfection consumables used.
Our readiness process is rigorous and safe. For washing machines, we run a “drum clean” or “high‑temperature wash” program with a specialised drum cleaner (non‑corrosive to stainless steel and tub), performing a 90°C empty hot wash to effectively kill any bacteria that may have developed in the new hoses and flush away protective oil. For dishwashers, we add starter detergent and rinse aid (not household dish soap, to avoid foam overflow) to the dispensers and run an empty heavy‑duty wash to clean and test all water circuits and level sensors.
For refrigerators, we thoroughly wipe all accessible interior walls, shelves, and drawers with a diluted food‑grade hydrogen peroxide solution, then wipe twice more with water‑dampened cloths to remove residues, and leave the door open for 30 minutes to air‑dry before powering on. For ovens, we suggest and assist with a first “high‑temperature dry‑burn”: setting the temperature to maximum (e.g., 250°C) and running for 30 minutes to burn off protective coatings on heating elements, while using fans to ventilate the kitchen and eliminate odours. After all preparation work, we ensure each appliance is in a “ready‑to‑use, safe‑to‑use” condition – you do not need to perform tedious initial cleaning and deodorising yourself; simply open and start using food or laundry, truly realising the ultimate convenience of “unbox and use immediately.”
