Covered units are all appliances designed for flush or semi‑flush installation: built‑in refrigerators, built‑in ovens, built‑in steamers, built‑in microwave ovens, built‑in warming drawers, built‑in coffee machines, built‑in dishwashers, as well as drop‑in cooktops and range hoods that align with upper cabinets. This service demands extreme precision, so the customer pays a deposit for a pre‑survey to verify the match between cabinet cut‑out and appliance dimensions. The final fee is based on whether cabinet openings need on‑site trimming, whether special connection brackets are needed, and the difficulty of aligning appliance fronts with cabinet door panels.
Upon arrival, our installation team uses vernier callipers and feeler gauges to measure the cabinet opening’s width, height, and depth, comparing each against the appliance’s installation dimension drawings. If deviations are within acceptable limits, we adjust the appliance feet and slide‑in position to compensate; if deviations exceed tolerance, we offer “micro‑trimming” services: using professional hand planers or sanders to gently shave the cabinet opening edges until they reach the ideal size, ensuring the unit slides in smoothly.
