Description

This package is a forward‑looking service tailored for customers who are currently renovating or can intervene early in the concealed works phase. Its core value lies in pre‑embedding water, electricity, gas, and signal conduits inside walls or under floors, so that when appliances are later placed, they achieve a perfect “invisible connection,” completely eliminating unsightly exposed pipes and wires. Covered appliances requiring complex utility connections include: wall‑mounted washing machines, wall‑hung instant water heaters, constant‑temperature water heaters for built‑in showers, central water treatment systems (filtration/softening), wall‑mounted water dispensers, island range hoods with long exhaust ducts, and smart toilet seats requiring pre‑embedded signal cables. The customer pays a deposit, and our concealed works planner visits simultaneously with your plumbing/electrician team for a technical briefing. The final fee is based on the total length of pre‑embedded conduits, number of bends, and materials such as pre‑installation boxes and sleeves.

The key to this service is “precise positioning.” We obtain the exact installation cut‑out drawings and utility interface coordinates for your specific appliance models. Before wall/floor finishes (tiles, marble, wood flooring) are applied, we pre‑embed dedicated PVC or metal protective conduits. For example, for a wall‑mounted washer, we pre‑embed a 5‑cm‑diameter U‑shaped pipe inside the wall to accommodate the water inlet, drain hose, and power cord, with the outlets precisely aligned to the washer’s rear interface coordinates. When installing, we simply hang the unit on the wall and route the pipes through the pre‑embedded conduit to the concealed wall valves and drain – no visible hoses from the outside. For island range hoods, we pre‑route the exhaust duct and power cable path within the ceiling, and reserve structural steel reinforcement for later secure suspension of the heavy hood.

During pre‑embedding, we also pre‑install pull wires or guide ropes inside the conduits, making it easy to pull hoses and cables through long bends later. All conduit bends use large‑radius elbows to prevent kinking that could restrict water flow or damage wires. We provide you with a detailed “Appliance Pre‑Embedded Utility Routing Diagram,” marking the start, end, and turning points with coordinates, and keep photographic records for future reference, so later construction (e.g., hanging pictures) does not accidentally damage the conduits. With this proactive service, your new home’s appliance installation will be exceptionally clean and minimalistic, showcasing a refined industrial aesthetic.
