The core delivery of this package covers the entire process from “threshold to final operating position.” After the customer places an order, a deposit is required to reserve the service slot; this amount will be counted as part of the total service fee. The final balance is calculated based on the actual on‑site survey of the customer’s home – considering factors such as floor level, elevator availability, corridor width, and door dimensions – as well as any additional custom services (e.g., extra piping length, special wall drilling). During execution, our team will contact you to schedule a pre‑visit survey after receiving your order and deposit. Then, we will move the appliance to your designated location using professional moving techniques. Throughout the indoor transport, we use thick blankets, protective pads, and straps to fully protect your flooring, door frames, wall corners, and adjacent furniture from scratches or impacts. For installation‑required items, our technicians carry a full set of specialized tools to perform tasks such as levelling refrigerator feet, connecting washing machine inlet and drain hoses with leak tests, checking gas tightness for cooktops using professional leak detectors, installing non‑return valves and exhaust ducts for range hoods, and mounting TV brackets with precise levelling.
After hardware installation, we do not stop there. We will power on the unit and demonstrate basic operations to ensure no abnormal noise, vibration, or error codes occur.
