The customer pays a deposit to reserve our experienced de‑installation team and dedicated transport vehicle. The final fee is calculated based on the type of old appliance (whether it contains refrigerant requiring recovery, whether special tools are needed for disconnection), the moving distance (indoor to landing or basement garage), and whether outdoor wall‑mounted disassembly (e.g., old AC outdoor unit) is involved.
During execution, we strictly follow the principle of “install new first, then remove old” to minimise disruption to your daily life. Upon arrival, our technicians complete the installation and commissioning of the new appliance to ensure it is fully functional, then proceed with handling the old unit. For old washing machines, dishwashers, and other water‑connected appliances, we shut off the water supply, drain residual water, and seal the connections to prevent leaks during transit. For old refrigerators, we assist you in clearing out food contents and recommend unplugging and defrosting 24 hours in advance; we handle the unit gently to avoid refrigerant leaks.
