This package is a one‑time “environment‑friendly” initial setup service for newly installed appliances, especially those closely related to air quality and indoor environments. The core purpose is to eliminate “new appliance odours,” remove particles that may have adhered to filters and air ducts during transport, and optimise the appliance’s air circulation efficiency. Covered devices include: newly installed air conditioners (wall‑mounted/floor‑standing/central), fresh air systems, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and refrigerators with activated‑carbon deodorising modules. After the customer pays a deposit, our purification engineer performs a standard initial air environment purification process after the appliance installation and commissioning are complete. The final fee is based on the number of units processed and the amount of consumables (such as specialised cleaning agents) used.
Our purification process starts with “high‑temperature disinfection”: using the air conditioner’s heating or auxiliary heating function, we set the indoor unit to the highest temperature and run it for 15‑20 minutes. The high‑temperature airflow kills microorganisms in the evaporator and air ducts, and helps evaporate protective oil volatiles from new heat exchangers. Next comes “deep cleaning”: we open the front panel, remove the filters, thoroughly rinse them with a neutral cleaner and low‑pressure water spray, let them dry, and reinstall them – ensuring the filters are completely dust‑free. For new air purifiers, we assist the user in removing the filter’s plastic wrapping and run a pre‑operation cycle to let the filter expand and adsorb airborne particles in the room.
For refrigerators, we place professional food‑grade activated carbon packs (not ordinary household deodorisers) inside, and assist in setting the unit to “quick cool” or “holiday” mode for several hours to accelerate internal air circulation and reduce odours from new plastic components. After the entire purification process, we use a portable air quality monitor (measuring PM2.5 and TVOC) to take readings at the appliance’s air outlet, showing you the numerical improvement. With this service, you can be assured that the first time you use your new air conditioner or fresh air system, the air blown out is fresh and odourless, and when you open your new refrigerator, it smells clean and pleasant.
