Description

This package is designed for customers who seek the highest level of reassurance, especially for expensive and complex electronic appliances. The core objective is to verify the electrical performance and basic functions immediately after delivery, allowing you to “inspect and approve on the spot.” Covered products include: all types of refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers; washing machines, dryers, washer‑dryers; microwave ovens, electric ovens, steam ovens, air fryers, blenders, stand mixers, coffee machines (large‑capacity models); flat‑panel TVs, soundbars, home theatre projectors; vacuum cleaners (including charging base testing), robot vacuums (including base station testing), air purifiers, humidifiers; and seasonal appliances like electric heaters, fans, and bathroom heaters.

The customer pays a modest deposit to secure our technician’s visit. The final package price is adjusted based on the number of units to be tested, whether specific load tests (e.g., simulating a wash cycle) are required, whether network intelligence functions need testing, and whether a written electronic test report is needed.

Upon arrival and after placement and unboxing, our test engineer uses a calibrated multimeter to first measure the outlet voltage (within 220‑240V range) and check the grounding resistance, ensuring a safe power supply environment. Then, we follow a standardised “power‑on test checklist.” For cooling appliances, we monitor the compressor start current and internal temperature curve using a data logger, confirming the unit reaches the set temperature within reasonable time and that the compressor cycles normally. For motor‑based appliances, we run a standard wash or spin program with a decibel meter to record operating noise, ensuring no abnormal sounds, and verify the coordinated operation of door locks, inlet valves, drain pumps, and heating elements.

For smart TVs and projectors, we input standard test patterns (solid colours, greyscale, motion video) to check for dead pixels, bright spots, backlight bleed, or colour shifts, and test all external ports (HDMI, USB, optical audio, Ethernet) for proper data transmission. We also perform the initial system software activation and firmware update check, so you do not encounter frequent upgrade interruptions later. Upon completion, we provide a detailed “Appliance Power‑On Performance Confirmation Sheet” with each item checked and signed by both parties, serving as the initial health record of your appliance, so you know exactly what you have received.
