Description
This package is specifically designed for appliances that require connection to water, gas, or electrical lines before they can function – tasks that involve higher technical skill and safety risks, which is why we strongly recommend our professionally trained team to handle them. Covered product types include: gas water heaters (balanced/flued), gas combination boilers, electric water heaters (storage/tankless), washing machines with condensate pumps, washer‑dryers, built‑in dishwashers with anti‑overflow features, refrigerators with automatic ice‑makers (requiring water line connection), reverse‑osmosis or ultrafiltration water purifiers, water softeners, and food waste disposers.
After the customer pays a deposit, we first conduct a technical pre‑assessment based on photos or videos provided, followed by an on‑site measurement. The final fee is highly customised and depends on the actual length of extra piping, the number of adapter fittings, wall drilling difficulty, and whether existing valves or electrical outlets need modification.
During the service, our technicians strictly follow relevant installation codes. For gas appliances, after installation we use a U‑tube manometer for a tightness test to confirm zero leakage at all joints, and we double‑check with a gas leak detector. We also verify the slope and sealing of the exhaust flue to ensure combustion waste is fully expelled outdoors, never contaminating indoor air. For water‑based appliances, we check the incoming water pressure and recommend installing a pressure reducer or water hammer arrestor if necessary. Drain hoses are checked for proper slope and no kinks, and we run a full drain test to confirm smooth outflow without siphoning.
For electrical connections, we verify that the household outlet has a reliable ground connection and correct polarity (live on the left, neutral on the right). For high‑power appliances (e.g., tankless electric heaters), we check the supply wire gauge and circuit breaker capacity to prevent overload risks. All newly added or modified pipe joints are professionally sealed with Teflon tape, sealant, or clamps, and we wipe the connections dry and observe them for a while to ensure no seepage. We also mark the function and direction of each valve for your convenience, and provide simple maintenance tips for daily use – turning complex technical work into a safe, worry‑free outcome.
