Description

This package is specifically designed for homes sensitive to noise and vibration, such as open‑plan kitchens, laundry rooms adjacent to bedrooms, library‑style studies, or home theatres with decibel requirements. Our core focus is to minimise operational noise and resonance through professional fine‑tuning methods. Covered appliances are mainly dynamic units with compressors and motors: refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, washer‑dryers, dishwashers, air conditioner outdoor units, range hoods with powerful exhaust fans, bathroom ventilator fans, and water purification units with strong booster pumps. After the customer pays a deposit, our acoustic vibration engineer visits with professional instruments to analyse the noise and vibration sources. The final fee is determined by the number of units requiring adjustment, the specifications of damping pads/materials needed, and the complexity of levelling work.

Our adjustment starts with “levelling.” The vast majority of noise and vibration issues originate from an unlevel appliance. We use high‑precision electronic levels to make millimetre‑scale rotational adjustments to all four feet, ensuring perfect horizontal alignment on both X and Y axes. For high‑speed rotating units like washing machines and dryers, we also install custom high‑density rubber composite damping pads beneath the feet, which effectively absorb and convert high‑frequency vibrations into minimal heat, significantly reducing solid‑borne sound transmission to the floor. For refrigerators, we check whether the compressor mounting springs or damping pads have shifted during transport, resetting and securing them, and adjust door hinge tension to prevent frequent compressor cycling caused by poor door seals.

Beyond levelling, we also provide “resonance prevention.” We inspect and secure loose internal pipes or wires with self‑adhesive damping blocks or cable ties, preventing them from slapping against the chassis during operation. For air conditioner outdoor units, we check bracket stability and add anti‑vibration rubber kits between the bracket and wall, and between the unit feet and bracket, to prevent low‑frequency hum from transmitting indoors through the wall. After all adjustments, we re‑measure noise levels with a decibel meter during normal operation and record the before/after data comparison, so you can see tangible improvements. Through our precise “fine‑tuning surgery,” your appliances will provide convenience while remaining quietly in the background, no longer a disturbing distraction.
